KOREAN PHA PEEL
A safe start for anyone with sensitive skin and safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding, this is a gentle brightening peel that utilises the mild resurfacing of gluconolactone (a polyhydroxy acid), which has been shown to increase skin hydration by 20%, reduce the appearance of fine lines, and protect the skin against free radicals. This multi- tasking ingredient also supports cell regeneration, leaving the skin brighter and more refined with continued use.
It’s formulated alongside potent botanicals such as centella asiatica (CICA) and licorice root extract, which help to gently removes dead skin cells and promote cell turnover without irritation, leaving the skin visibly clearer, brighter, smoother and more balanced.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Following a double cleanse, the peel is applied to the skin for five minutes, with following treatments increasing up to seven minutes. After removing the peel, targeted skincare is applied according to your skin concerns.
For best results it’s recommend to complete treatments every two weeks.
It is recommended not to use any retinoids or chemical exfoliators for three days before and after.
Avoid strenuous exercise, hot showers, sauna, steam room, hot tub, etc. for 24 hours
Do not apply makeup for the rest of the day
Do not shave, wax, etc. for one week
No prescription retinoids (e.g. tretinoin, adapalene) for at least one month, or oral acne medication or steroids for at least six months prior to treatment.
