MICRONEEDLING

Microneedling is also known as ‘collagen induction therapy’. It’s one of the best treatments available for increasing collagen production, reducing and reversing signs of ageing, and reducing all types of scars — safe for all skin types and skin tones.

Here at BLOOM you have the option to choose from microneedling with a mesotherapy skin booster or polynucleotide complex…

SKIN BOOSTER

Our advanced hyaluronic acid-based mesotherapy skin booster has ingredients including peptides, growth factors, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, antioxidants and hyaluronic acid. These tackle lines and wrinkles, firming and smoothing skin, while restoring the skins moisture levels and improving volume across the face for a long-term plumping effect.

POLYNUCLEOTIDE COMPLEX

An innovative Korean formula that enables polynucleotides to be used with microneedling for superior results to simply injecting into skin. Taken from fish sperm DNA (and often dubbed a ‘salmon sperm facial’), polynucleotides work as bio-stimulators to revitalise and remodel the skin at a deep, cellular level.

The polynucleotide complex at BLOOM contains peptides, gold flakes and brightening ingredients to offer unrivalled benefits for scar reduction, anti-ageing and skin rejuvenation including deeply moisturising and plumping the skin, diminishing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, improving skin elasticity and collagen levels for a more youthful contour, and increasing a radiant and even skin tone.

WHAT TO EXPECT

After a double cleanse, the microneedling treatment will begin – your entire face and neck will be treated. When this has been completed, a soothing sheet mask is applied to soothe skin and enhance skin repair for best results.

The downtime will vary from person to person, the most you can expect is redness subsiding in two or three days followed by some flaking.

HOW MANY TREATMENTS DO YOU NEED?

One treatment will give an instant glow, noticeable improvements and an ongoing increase in collagen levels. However, most people need three to six treatments every four to six weeks for significant skin improvement (particularly for deep wrinkles, scars and stretch marks).
